Lakewood Ranch Waterside is a new development coming soon in Sarasota County! This will be a 3,500-acre community projected for 2017. There are currently plans to develop this area into 12 different neighborhoods. This new development will have over 1000 acres of lakes that will be an integral part of this community and incorporated into the different neighborhoods. There will be different types of homes in this community, including single family homes and townhomes, as well as commercial space. A school is also planned for the future.
